1 kutsaritang dabon ng
sibuyas, tinadtad
Panimpla
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1/2 kutsaritang alak
Ingredients Seasonings
4 pcs eggs
3.5 cupwater
1 tsp. diced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. wine
   
Pamamraan
  1. Batihin ang itlog sa isang mangkok. Idagdag ang tubig at mga rekado. Haluin ng bahagya sa pamamagitan ng chopsticks. Tanggalin ang mga bula. Ibalot sa aluminum foi.
  2. Lutuin ang itlog sa steam sa loob ng 10 minuto. Budburan ng green onion. Ihain.
Method
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add water and seasonings to the plate. Skim the mixture by chopstricks. Remove the bubbles. Cover with aluminium foil and wrap.
  2. Steam eggs for 10 minutes . Sprinkle with diced green onion. Ready to serve.
