120g lotus seed paste
10 itlog
1 kutsaritang arina
Icing na asukal
(ilagay sa ibabaw ng bolang itlog)
Ingredients Seasoning
2 Banana
120g Lotus Seed Paste
10 Eggs
1 teaspoon Flour
Dash of icing sugar
(add on the top of egg ball)

 

Pamamraan
  1. Balatan ang saging. Hiwain ng pampalaman. Palamanan ng lotus seed paste. Gumawa ng pinalamang saging
  2. Alisin ang puti ng itlog sa itlog. Ihalo ang arina sa puti ng itlog. Batihin ng blender hanggang sa lumapot ibuhos ang puti ng itlog sa pinalamanang saging.

Method
