Abalone Salad with Oyster Juice

480g letsugas |
3 kutsarang oyster sauce
3 kutsaritang asukal
2 kutsarang sesame oil
6 kutsarang stock/tubig |

480g Lettuce |
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
6 teaspoons stock |

- Hiwain ang abalone sa maliliit at maninipis na hiwa. Ibabad
sa malamig na tubig, hindi gaanong Katagalan at patuyuin. Hiwain
ang ilalim na parte ng letsugas ng makapal. Hugasan ng malamig
na tubig at patuyuin.
- Ilagay ang asukal sa tubig at ibuhos sa oyster sauce. Batihin
para makagawa ng katas ng oyster.
- Tikman. Ihalo ang sesame oil at haluing mabuti.
- Ilagay ang nahiwang abalone sa ibabaw ng nahiwa - hiwang letsugas.
Ibuhos ang Katas sa ibabaw ng abalone at ihain ng mainit.

| Method |
- Cut the abalone into small thin slices. Soak in ice water briefly
and drain. Cut the inner part of lettuce into thick shreds. Wash
with ice water and drain.
- Dissolve the sugar into stock. Pour in the oyster sauce. Toss
to make oyster juice.
- Taste. Add in the sesame oil and toss well.
- Put the abalone slices on the surface of shredded lettuce. Pour
the juice over the abalone. Serve.
