Stir-Fried Noodles with Tritreasure

Sangkap Panimpla
600g mami noodles
80g laman ng isda
80g laman ng baboy
1 tuyong balat ng tangerine
40g luya
40g chinese chives
80g bean sprouts / togue

1 kutsaritang toyo
dark 1 kutsaritang fish sauce
1 kutsaritang asin paminta

Ingredients Seasoning
600g Chaozhou Noodles
80g Chaozhou Fish Fillets
80g Lean Pork
1 piece of Dried Tangerine Pee
40g Ginger
40g Chinese Chives
80g Bean Sprouts
1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper

 

Pamamraan
  1. ibabad ang noodles sa mainit na tubig hanggang lumambot. Hugasan ng malamig na tubig pagkatapos hanguin. Gayatin ang pritong laman ng isda at ang laman ng baboy. Ibabad ang tuyong balat ng tangerine. Gayatin ang luya. Hiwain ang chinese chives ng pahaba. Hugasan ang bean sprouts, o togue.
  2. Painitin ang palayok lagyan ng mantika igisa ang ginayat na laman ng baboy lutuin at hanguin pahinaan ang apoy ilagay ang noodle at lutuin ihalo ang toyo at paminta igisa hanggang maluto
  3. Hanguin ang noodle patakan ng konting mantika ang mainit na palayok at ihalo ang ginayat na pritong laman ng isda, tuyong balat ng tangerine, asin at fish sauce. Igisa.
  4. Lutuin at ihalo ang ginayat na laman ng baboy at noodles. Haluin at ihain.
Method
  1. Soak the noodles in the boiling water until soft. Scoop out. Soak in the cold water for a while. Shred the Chaozhou fish fillet and lean pork. Soak the tangerine peel in water until soft. Shred the tangerine peel. Shred ginger. Cut the Chinese chives into lengths. Rinse the bean sprouts.
  2. Heat the wok. Pour in dash of oil. Put the shredded lean pork. Shallow-fry until cooked. Scoop out. Turn to low heat. Put in the noodle. Cook until done. Add in the dark soya sauce and pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant. Loosen the noodles with the chopsticks.
  3. Scoop out the noodle. Put dash of oil in the preheated wok. Put in the shredded fish fillet, dried tangerine peel, ginger, Chinese chives and bean sprouts. Add in salt and fish sauce. Stir-fry together.
  4. Cook until 80% done. Put in the shredded meat and noodle. Stir well and dish.

Add in all ingredients and stir-fry
