450g laman ng alimango
160g burong mustard
1 kutsaritang black bean
4 pirasong bawang
2 pulang sili
1 berdeng sili
1 sibuyas
1/2 kutsaritang toyo

1 kutsaritang arina

450g Clams Meat
160g Preserved Mustard
1 teaspoon Fermented Black Bean
4 cloves of Garlic
2 Red Chili
1 Green Pepper 1 Onion
1/2 teaspoon dark soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon light soya sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour ¡@

 

Pamamraan
  1. hugasan ang laman ng alimango ng brine, dalawang beses, at ugasang muli ng tubig. Hiwain ang binurong mustard ng maninipis. Ibabad sa tubig. Balatan at tadtarin ang bawang.Hiwain ang berdeng sili, pulang sili at sibuyas sa hugis - triangular. Hugasan ang inasnang black bean.
  2. Magpainit ng tubig sa palayok pakuluin at ilagay ang binurong mustard at ibabad. Ilaga at hanguin
  3. Ipainit ang palayok lagyan ng mantika igisa ang bawang isahog ang sibuyas, berdeng sili at black bean. Igisa hanggang bumango ihalo ang binurong mustard at igisang mabuti.

Method
  1. Wash clams meat twice with brine, then wash with water. Cut preserved mustard into thin slices. Soak in water for a while. Peel and chop garlic. Cut the green pepper, red chili and onion into triangular shapes. Wash fermented black bean clean.
  2. Bring a wok of water to the boil. Put in the preserved mustard and soak for a while. Boil briefly and scoop out.
  3. Heat the wok. Pour in oil. Saute the mashed garlic until fragrant. Dump in the onion, green pepper and fermented black bean. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add in the preserved mustard and stir-fry thoroughly.
  4. Add in clams meat and stir-fry together. Mix dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, sugar, cornflour and dash of water well. Pour in the wok and stir-fry thoroughly. Dish.
