Baked Crabs with Mashed Garlic

Sangkap Panimpla
600g alimasag
1 itlog
40g sibuyas
1 berdeng sili
1 pulang sili
6 pirasong bawang
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mashed garlic chili sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon salt ¡@
Ingredients Seasoning
600g Crabs
1 Egg
40g Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Chili
6 cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 kutsarang tomato sauce
1 kutsarang mashed garlic chilli sauce
2 kutsaritang asukal
1/2 tasang asukal

 

Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan mabuti ang alimasag. Hati-hatiin sa katamtamang pinaso. Hiwain ang sibuyas, berdeng sili, pulang sili ng patriayanggulo. Tadtarin ang bawang. Batihing mabuti ang itlog.
  2. Buhusan ng mantika ang pinainitang palayok. Ilagay ang bawang at igisa hanggang bumango. Ihalo ang alimasag at igisa. Idagdag ang pulang sili, berdeng sili at sibuyas.
  3. Ibuhos ang 1/2 tasang tubig at takpan. Paghaluing mabuti ang tomato sauce, mashed garlic chilli sauce, asin at arina. Ibuhos sa palayok at sama-samang igisa.
  4. I lagay ang solusyon ng arina. Ihalo ang itlog at igisa ng panandalian.
Method
  1. Wash crabs clean. Chop into bite-size pieces. Cut onion, green pepper and red chili into triangular shapes. Mashed the garlic. Toss well the egg.
  2. Pour in dash of oil in the preheated wok. Put in the mashed garlic then Saute until fragrant. Put in the crabs then stir-fry. Add red chili, green pepper and onion then stir-fry together.
  3. Pour in 1/4 cup of water. Cover for a while. Mix the tomato sauce, mashed garlic chili sauce, salt, cornflour and water well. Pour in the wok and stir-fry together.
  4. Stir in the well-mixed cornflour solution. Put in the egg and stir-fry briefly.

 

Ingredients
Saute the mashed garlic, then saute the crabs until fragrant, Add in red chilli, green chili and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
