Stir-Fried Diced Chicken with Walnut

Sangkap Panimpla
240g Walnut
450g Chicken Meat
1 sprig Chinese Celery
150g Celery
2 cloves of Garlic
2 slices Ginger
1 kutsaritang asin
1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1 1/2 kutsaritang arina
1 kutsarang alak
2 kutsarang tubig
1/2 kutsaritang fish sauce
Ingredients Seasoning
240g Walnut
450g Chicken Meat
1 sprig Chinese Celery
150g Celery
2 cloves of Garlic
2 slices Ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon rice-glue liquor
2 tablespoons water

 

Pamamraan
  1. Hiwain ang laman ng manok ng pakuwadrado. Ibabad ng arina at tubig. Hiwain ang celery ng triangular. Hiwain ang chinese celery ng pahaba. Pitpitin ang bawang. Gayatin ang luya sa maliliit ng piraso.
  2. Ibabad ang walnut sa pinakuluang tubig. Iprito sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa lumutong. Ihalo ang laman ng manok sa mainit na mantika hanggang maluto. Ibabad ang celery sa mainit na tubig.
  3. Lagyan ng mantika ang pinainitang palayok. Ilagay ang bawang, igisa hanggang sa bumango. Ihalo ang luya at chinese celery. Igisa. Ibalik ang nilutong laman ng manok at sama - samang igisa.
  4. Wisikan ng alak. Paghaluin ang asin, asukal, fish sauce, tubig at arina. Ibuhos ang panimpla kasabay ng ginawang solusyon. Ihalo ang walnut. Iluto ng panandalian at hanguin.
Method
  1. Cut chicken meat into cubes. Marinate briefly with cornflour and water. Cut the celery into triangular shapes. Cut Chinese celery into lengths. Mash garlic. Cut ginger into small triangular pieces.
  2. Soak walnut in hot brine for a while. Then soak walnut in hot water for a while. Deep-fry with low heat until crispy. Soak chicken meat in hot oil until cooked. Soak the celery in boiling water for a while.
  3. Pour in dash of oil in the preheated wok. Put in the mashed garlic and saute until fragrant. Put in the ginger and Chinese celery. Stir-fry thoroughly. Return the diced chicken and stir-fry together.
  4. Sprinkle with rice-glue liguor. Mix salt, sugar, fish sauce, water and cornflour well. Stir-fry and pour in the seasoning at the same time. Stir in the well mixed cornstarch solution. Add in the walnut. Stir-fry briefly. Dish.

 

Ingredients
Saute the shallot and add in chicken fillets
Pour in the juice and toss well
