3 teaspoons salt (Add 3 star anise for more fragrant)
1 teaspoon Szechuan Pepper Corn |

300g Black Bean |
3 kutsaritang asin (Dagdagan ng anis para bumango)
1 kutsaritang Szechuan pepper corn |

- Linisin at hugasang mabuti ang mani. Pilian ang butong - itim
ng berdeng laman. Pakuluan ang mani sa loob ng sampung minuto.
Palamigin. Alisin ang balat ng mani at tikman kung malambot at
mabango.
- Ilagay ang apoy sa mahinang init. Pakuluan ang butong-itim ng
isang oras..
- Lutuin ang butong-itim hanggang lumambot. Ilagay ang mani at
lutuing muli ng kalahating oras. Lutuin hanggang kumonti ang tubig.
Lagyan ng asin. Lakasan ang apoy. Pakuluan at hinaan ang apoy.
- Lutuin hanggang matuyo.

| Method |
- Brush and wash peanut clean. Choose the black bean with green
meat. Cook the peanut with water for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
Take out the peanut meat. Test the taste for soft and fragrant.
- Turn the fire to low heat. Cook black bean with water for 1
hour.
- Cook the black bean until tender. Put in the peanut and cook
for another half-hour. Cook until the water level is lower than
the surface of black bean. Add in salt. Turn to high heat. Bring
to the boil. Then reduce to low heat.
- Roast until water dries up.
