40g Salted Turnips
150g Shrimp Meat
2 Eggs
150g Tapioca Chopped Spring Onion, Peanut or Dried Shrimp (optional)

- Balatan ang loafah at hugasan. Hiwain ng maliliit. Hugasang
mabuti ang inasnang labanos at hiwain. Hugasan ang hipon at patuyuin.
Paghatiin ang hipon, tadtarin ang kalahati.
- Ilagay ang hipon, inasnang labanos at hiniwang loafah sa malaking
lalagyan. Lagyan ng 1 kutsaritang asin. Haluing mabuti at alisin
ang tubig. Ihalo ang itlog at tapioca. Itabi.
- Painitin ang palayok. Patakan ng konting mantika. Ihalo ang
loafah paste (2). Ipritong mabuti magkabilaan. Ihain.

| Method |
- Peel the smooth loafah and wash. Cut into small chips. Wash
salted turnips clean. Chop. Wash the shrimp meat and wipe dry.
Crush half of the shrimp meat and dice another half.
- Put the shrimp meat, salted turnips, chopped smooth loafah in
a big bowl. Add in one teaspoon of salt. Toss well and press out
water. Add in the eggs and tapioca. Make smooth loafah paste for
later use.
- Heat the wok. Pour in dash of oil. Pour in the smooth loafah
paste. Shallow-fry one side thoroughly. Then press the shape to
thinner when shallow-fry another side. Shallow-fry both side thoroughly.
