- Ibabad at hugasan ang eclipta, lutuin ng isang oras sa 15 tasang
tubig. Gumamit ng strainer para sa sabaw ng eclipta at itabi.
Itapon ang pinakuluang halaman. Ibabad ang baboy sa asin, pasingawan
hanggang maluto at hiwain ng maliliit na piraso; hugasan at tadtarin
ang berdeng sibuyas; hugasan ang bigas at patiktikan.
- Pakuluan ang sabaw ng eclipta, ihalo ang bigas. Pakuluan at
pahinaan ang apoy, lutuin hanggang sa ang bigas ay umalsa.
- Pahinaan ang apoy at muling pakuluan ng 5 minuto at saka ihalo
ang baboy.
- Timplahan ng asin. Budburan ng berdeng sibuyas bago ihain.

| Method |
- Soak and wash the eclipta, then add 15 bowls of water to cook
for 1 hour. Strain to extract the juice from the eclipta and set
aside, discard the plant. Marinate the pork with a little salt,
steam until it is cooked and cut into small pieces; wash and chop
the green onions; wash the rice grain and drain well.
- Boil the eclipta juice, then add it to the rice grain. When
the water boils, turn to medium heat and cook until the rice grain
'blossom'.
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the pork.
- Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
