Stewed Macaroni with Tomatoes

Sangkap Panimpla
225g macaroni
110g laman ng baboy
75g French beans
150g kamatis
10g sibuyas
1/2 tasang sabaw
2 kutsarang ketchup
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang asukal
Ingredients Seasoning
225g macaroni
110g pork
75g French beans
150g tomatoes
110g onions
1/2 cup broth
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar

 

Pamamraan
  1. Iluto ang macaroni sa kumukulong tubig, laging haluin, pahinaan ang apoy at patuloy na lutuin. Tikman, hanguin kapag lumambot. Ibabad sa malamig na tubig. Hugasan at gilingin ang baboy; hiwain ng pakuwadrado ang beans, kamatis at sibuyas.
  2. Magpainit ng mantika sa palayok at igisa ang giniling na baboy, ihalo ang beans, sibuyas at kamatis.
  3. Ilagay ang broth, pahinaan ang apoy at lutuin ng 5 minuto, patiktikan ang macaroni at ihalo sa broth.
  4. Kapag kumulo, ilagay ang ketchup, asin at asukal. Handa ng ihain kapag muling kumulo. Kapag magsisilbing sabaw, dagdagan ng isang tasang broth.
Method
  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water, keep stirring all the time, turn the heat down and keep cooking. Taste, remove when it is soft to the touch, soak it in iced or cold water. Wash and mince the pork; dice the beans, tomatoes and onions.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok to stir- fry the pork, then add the beans, onions and tomatoes.
  3. Put in the broth, turn the heat down and let it cook for 5 minutes, drain the macaroni and add it into the broth.
  4. When the mixture boils, add the ketchup, salt and sugar. The dish is done when it comes to a boil. If served ss a soup, add an extra cup of broth.
