900g nahiwang laman ng baka konting
berdeng gulay
3 kutsarang satay sauce
40g tuyong hipon
40g buto ng sesame
110g mani

40g dried shrimps
40g sesame seeds
110g peanuts
3 tsp fish sauce
6 cloves garlic
1 dried sole
1 large bowl broth

 

Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan ang tuyong hipon; durugin ang bawang; iprito ang mani, buto ng sesame, tuyong sole at tuyong hipon sa tuyong palayok hanggang sa bumango at saka alisin sa apoy. Method
  1. Wash the dried shrimps; crush the garlic; fry the peanuts, sesame seeds, dried sole and dried shrimps in a dry, hot wok until fragrant, then remove. Return the peanuts into the dry wok and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant and remove the skin, then return to the wok and stir-fry with the sesame seeds once again. Deep-fry the minced garlic.
  2. Crush the above ingredients or ground them in a blender.
  3. Bring the large bowl of broth to a boil, add the satay sauce and the fish sauce, followed by the crushed mixture. When the broth boils, season to taste.
  4. Defrost some sirloin beef slices and prepare some vegetables, cook them in the broth and serve.
