Braised Wood Fungus with Minced Pork and Preserved Plums

450g sariwang halamang - siingaw ng kahoy
6 binurong plams
1 pulang sili
225g karne ng baboy
2 berdeng sibuyas
1/2 kutsaritang asin
2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang arina
1/2 tasang broth
Ingredients Seasoning

450g fresh wood fungus
6 preserved plums
1 red pepper
225g pork
2 green onions

1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1tsp corn flour
1/2 CUP broth

 

Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan ang halamang - singaw at hatiin sa piraso; hugasan ang karne ng baboy at gilingin; hiwain ang pulang sili; hatiin ang berdeng sibuyas ng 1" haba; durugin ang plams.
  2. Banlian ang halamang - singaw at patiktikan.
  3. Ipainit ang palayok, lagyan ng mantika at igisa ong giniling na karne hanggang bumango.
  4. Ihalo ang berdeng sibuyas at pulang sili at saka ilagay ang halamang - singaw. Igisang mabuti. Ibuhos ang broth at pakuluan.
  5. Pahinaan ang apoy, ihalo ang dinurog na plams at hayaang maluto, timplahan ng asin at asukal. Panghuli, ihalo ang tinunaw na arina. Ihain agad.
Method
  1. Wash the wood fungus and cut into pieces; wash the pork and mince it; cut the red pepper into wedges; cut the green onion into 1" lengths; mash the plums.
  2. Blanch the wood fungus, drain well.
  3. Heat the wok, add a little oil to fry the pork until it is fragrant.
  4. Add the green onion and the red pepper, then put in the wood fungus and stir-fry thoroughly. Add the broth and let it boil.
  5. Turn the heat down, add the mashed plums and let it cook thoroughly, season with salt and sugar. Finally, stir in the corn flour solution. Serve immediately.
