- Hugasang mabuti ang tracea ng baboy, banlian at hiwain ng parang
alupihan. Hiwain ang abalone. Banlian ang buto ng inasnang tubig
hanggang maluto at biyakin ng maliliit na piraso.
- ibabad ang sapot ng pato sa lye at banlian ng mainit na tubig
hanggang maluto at hugasan sa tubig para maalis ang amoy ng lye.
Banlian ang kabute.
- Pakuluan ang mga sangkap sa broth at oyster sauce ng 3 minuto
hanggang maluto.

| Method |
|
