Sangkap Ingredients

1 kalapati
4 chinese itim na kabute
80g itim na halamang singaw
80g luya
40g straw ng kabute
1 taling basil
tamang dami ng broth
tamang dami ng soya sauce

1 pigeon
4 Chinese black mushroom
80g black fungus
80g ginger
40g straw mushroom
1 sprig of basil (Ocimum basilicum) adequate broth
adequate Shaoxing wine
adequate soya sauce
Pamamraan
  1. Alisin ang buto at hiwain ang kala pati ng pira-piraso. Ibabad at hiwain ang halamang singaw at ang kabute. Tadtarin ang basil at hiwain ang luya.
  2. Bahagyang igisa ang luya sa mantika at ihalo ang kalapati, halamang singaw at kabute. Idagdag ang broth at alak. Pagkatapos, ilagay ang basil at timplahan ng soya sauce.
Method
  1. Debone and cut the pigeon into pieces. Soak and sliced the fungus and the mushroom. Chop the basil and shred the ginger.
