160g laman ng manok
160g binalatang hipon
80g itim na halamang-singawo
80g snow fungus
1 mangkok ng broth

240g pig bone marrow
160g chicken fillet
160g shelled shrimp
80g black fungus
80g snow fungus
1 bowl broth

- Alisin ang membrane sa buto at durugin sa piraso, ibabad sa
inasnang tubig at iluto sa mababang init. Ibabad at hugasan ang
snow at itim na halamang-singaw hanggang lumambot.
- Gilingin ang laman ng manok; hugasan ang hipon, patiktikan
at tadtarin ng pino, haluan ng konting asin at haluing mabuti
para makagawa ng shrimp paste. Ihalo ang giniling na manok sa
shrimp paste at gumawa ng bola. Igulong sa bone marrow.
- Igisa ang snow at itim na halamang-singaw at saka ihalo ang
broth at bolang bone marrow. Lutuin ng 8 minuto. Timplahan at
ihain.

| Method |

- Remove the membrane of the bone marrow and break it into pieces,
soak it in salty water over low heat until cooked. Soak and wash
the black and snow fungus until soft.
- Mince the chicken meat; wash and devein the shrimp, pat dry
and mash it, then add in a little salt and stir to make shrimp
paste. Mix the minced chicken with the shrimp paste to to make
meat balls, then roll it with bone marrow.
- Stir fry the black and snow fungus, then add in broth and bone
marrow balls to cook for 8 minutes, season to taste and serve.
