| Pamamraan |
- Alisin ang lantang dahon ng repolyo, hugasan at bahagyang igisa
sa mantika, ihalo ang chicken broth at lutuin hanggang lumambot.
- Hiwain ang hamon at ibabad sa broth. Hiwain ang llabong, kabute
at carrots, pasingawan sa chicken broth at taba ng manok bago
ihain.
- Iayos ang mga sangkapsa plato, gumawa ng pampalapot sa pamamagitan
ng chicken broth, ibuhos sa ibabaw ng ulam.

| Method |

- Discard the wilted leaves of the sow cabbage, wash and slightly
deep fry the cabbage heart in oil, then braise it with chicken
broth until tender.
- Slice the ham and soak it in broth. Slice the bamboo shoot,
black mushroom and carrots, steam them with chicken broth and
chicken fat before serving.
- Arrange all the ingredients on a plate, make a thickening with
chicken broth and pour it over the dish.
