12 slices Chinese ham
12 Chinese black mushroom

160g pork brisket
2 pieces licorice
4 slices ginger
40g dried shrimps
adequate mushroom stalks

- Lutuin ang sangkap para sa soup base sa tubig para makagawa
ng sabaw.
- Hugawan ang repolyo, alisin ang lantang dahon at hatiin sa gitna.
Banlian sa mainit na tubig para maalis ang pait at igisa sa mantika.
- Pakuluan ang repolyo sa sabaw hanggang lumambot. Hiwain at saka
pasingawan kasama ng nahiwang hamon at kabute. Gumawa ng sarsa
sa pamamagitan ng sabaw, oyster sauce at arina. Palaputin at ibuhos
sa ibabaw at ihain.

- Cook the soup base ingredients with water to make a soup.
- Wash the leaf mustard cabbage¡Aremove the wilted leaves and cut
it in half¡OSlightly blanch it in hot water to get rid of its bitterness,
then fry it with oil¡O
- Braise the leaf mustard cabbage with the soup until tender,then
slice it. Steam it with the ham slices and mushroom.
- Make a sauce with the soup, oyster sauce and cornflour solution
and pour it on the dish to serve.
