- Hugasang mabuti ang baga ng baboy sa tubig at saka banlian ng
mainit na tubig. Iblend ang almond sa 2 tasang tubig para makagawa
ng katas. Sayatin.
- Magpakulo ng tamang dami ng tubig (0 15 tasa), ihalo ang spicy
sauce ingredient kasunod ang baboy at lutuin ng 3 oras. Ilagay
ang katas ng almond kasunod ng baga ng baboy. Pakuluan ng 90 minuto.
Ihalo ang panimpla at muling pakuluan ng 15 minuto. Hiwain ang
baga ng baboy at ihain ng may spicy sauce. Palamutian ng maanghang
na tokwa.

- Wash the pig lung thoroughly with water,then blanch it in hot
water. Blend the almonds with 2 bowls of water to make almond
juice and strain.
- Add adequate (orl5bowls) water to the spicy sauce ingredient,
put in the briskett o cook for about 3 hours¡OThen add in the almond
juice,foIlowed by the pig lung¡DLet it simmer for 90 minutes¡Aadd
the seasonings, then simmer for another l5 minutes. Cut the pork
lung into slices and serve it with the spicy sauce. Garnish
with spicy bean curd¡O
