480g pechay
480g giniling na baboy
1 itlog na maalat
1 century egg
1 pirasong bawang

480g Chinese white cabbage
480g minced lean pork
l salty egg
l thousand year old egg
l clove of garlic

| Pamamraan |
- Alisin ang ulo ng pechay at hugasang mabuti. Balatan at hiwain
ang century egg. Hugasan ang itlog na maalat, ihiwalay ang yolk
at durugin sa pamamagitan ng likod ng kutsilyo. Itabi ang puti
ng itlog.
- Balatan at hiwain ang bawang, igisa sa mantika. Ihalo ang giniling
na baboy kasunod ng pechay. Panghuli, ihalo ang uolk ng maalat
na itlog at nahiwang century egg.
- Kapag malambot na ang pechay, ilagay ang puti ng itlog. Ihain
agad.

| Method |

- Cut out the head of the cabbage and wash it clean.Shell and
chop the thousand year egg.Clean and shell the salty egg, then
smash the egg yolk with the back of your knife, save the egg white.
- Peel and slice the garlic, saute it with oil.Then add in the
minced pork, followed by the cabbage. Lastly add the saIty egg
yolk and the chopped thousand year egg.
- When the cabbage are tender, add the egg white. Serve immediately.
