160g kamatis
160g chinese alugbati
80g buto ng sesame
tamang dami ng katas ng luya

400g eggplant
160g pork (semifat-lean)
160g tomato
160g Chinese spinach
80g sesame seeds
adequate ginger juice

| Pamamraan |
- Hugasan at hiwain ang talong ng aplihis. Gilingin ang baboy,
haluan ng konting arina at ipaloob sa talong. Budburan ng buto
ng sesame sa ibabaw.
- prito ang talong sa mababang init, ihalo ang katas ng luya.
Ang talong ay handa na kapag sinipsip na nang tuluyan ang katas
ng luya.
- hain ang talong sa plato na may nalutong alugbati at kamatis.

- Wash and half the eggplants verticaIly¡DMince the pork, mix
it well with a littIe cornflour and stuff it on the eggpIant,
then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Fry the eggplan overlow heat, add the ginger Juice. The eggplant
is ready when it is fully cooked and the ginger Juice is totally
absorbed.
- Serve the stuffed eggplant on a plate¡Agarnish with cooked Chinese
spinach and tomatoes.
