Duck with Preserved Lime Soup

Sangkap Ingredients

1 pato
2 binurong lime
2 hiwang luya
2 tangkay dahon ng sibuyas
tamang dami ng alak

1 lean duck
2 preserved lime
2 slices ginger
2 sprigs of green onion
adequate Shaoxing wine
Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan ang pato at alisin ang buntot, banlian at linisan. Ilaga ang pato sa luya, dahon ng sibuyas, alak at tubig ng 2 oras.
  2. Alisin ang buto at sapal ng binurong lime, ihalo sa sopas at iluto ng bahagya. Timplahan.
Method
  1. Wash the duck and cut out the tail, blanch and clean it again. Stew the duck with ginger, green onion, Shaoxing wine and water for about 2 hours.
  2. Seed and core the preserved lime, add them into the soup to cook for a while. Season to taste.
