320g pitso ng manok
320g repolyong sow
40g hashima
80g chinese hamon

320g chicken breast
320g Chinese sow cabbage
40g hashima
80g Chinese ham

| Pamamraan |
- Ibabad ang hashima sa kumukulong tubig hanggang lumambot, alisin
ang di-kaaya-ayang parte.
- Alisin ang lantang dahon ng repolyo. Hiwain ang hamon. Hiwain
at banlian ang manok.
- Ilagay ang manok at hashima sa 6 mangkok na tubig at pakuluan
ng 2 oras, idagdag ang hamon at ilagang muli ng 30 minuto. Timplahan.

| Method |
|
- Soak the hashima in boiling water until soft, then remove the
impurities.
- Discard the wilted leaves of the sow cabbage. Slice the ham.
Slice and blanch the chicken.
- Put the chicken, hashima and 6 bowls of water together and
stew it for 2 hours, add in the cabbage and the ham and stew it
for futher 30 minutes. Season to taste.
