Sangkap Ingredients

320g pitso ng manok
320g repolyong sow
40g hashima
80g chinese hamon

320g chicken breast
320g Chinese sow cabbage
40g hashima
80g Chinese ham
Pamamraan
  1. Ibabad ang hashima sa kumukulong tubig hanggang lumambot, alisin ang di-kaaya-ayang parte.
  2. Alisin ang lantang dahon ng repolyo. Hiwain ang hamon. Hiwain at banlian ang manok.
  3. Ilagay ang manok at hashima sa 6 mangkok na tubig at pakuluan ng 2 oras, idagdag ang hamon at ilagang muli ng 30 minuto. Timplahan.
Method
  1. Soak the hashima in boiling water until soft, then remove the impurities.
  2. Discard the wilted leaves of the sow cabbage. Slice the ham. Slice and blanch the chicken.
  3. Put the chicken, hashima and 6 bowls of water together and stew it for 2 hours, add in the cabbage and the ham and stew it for futher 30 minutes. Season to taste.
