Sangkap Ingredients

600g laman ng baka
4 prutas na kiwi
12g chinese yam
8g tuyong prutas ng matrimony vine
20g astragalus
2 hiwang luya

600g beef brisket
4 kiwi fruit
12g Chinese yam
8g dried fruit of matrimony vine
20g astragalus
2 slices ginger
Pamamraan
  1. Hiwain at banlian ang laman ng baka, hugasang mabuti, haluan ng 20 mangkok ng tubig at ilaga ng 30 minuto. Ilagay ang chinese yam, prutas ng matrimony vine, astragalus at luya, kasama ng baka, pakuluang muli ng 3 oras.
  2. Balatan, hugasan, at hiwain ang prutas na kiwi, ihalo sa sopas na baka at ilagang muli ng isang oras. Timplahan.
Method
  1. Slice and blanch the beef brisket, wash it clean, then add 20 bowls of water and stew for 30 minutes. Put the Chinese yam, fruit of matrimony vine, astragalus and ginger, together with the beef and stew for 3 hours.
  2. Peel, wash and slice the kiwi fruit, add it to the beef soup and stew it for another hour. Season to taste.
