600g laman ng baka (laman at taba)
6 plams
2 sariwang puting chrysanthemum
20g tuyong chrysanthemum
tamang dami ng alak
tamang dami ng asukal

600g beef brisket (semi fat-lean)
6 preserved plums
2 fresh white chrysanthemum
20g Hangzhou dried chrysanthemum
adequate Shaoxing wine
sugar and salt to taste

- Hiwain at banlian ang laman ng baka, hugasang mabuti. Durugin
ang plams. Hugasan at ibabad ang tuyong chrysanthemum. Ilagay
ang baka, plams at tuyong chrysanthemum sa malaking kaserola,
idagdag ang 8 mangkok ng tubig at pakuluan ng 2 oras.
- Hugasan ang sariwang puting chrysanthemum, piliin ang dahon.
- Ilagay ang dahon sa sopas na may konting asin, asukal at alak,
pakuluang muli ng 15 minuto.

| Method |

- Slice and blanch the beef brisket, then wash it clean. Smash
the plums. Wash and soak the dried chrysanthemum. Put the beef,
plums and dried chrysanthemum into a large pot, add 8 bowls of
water and stew it for 2 hours.
- Wash the fresh white chrysanthemum, then pick out the petals.
- Put the petals into the beef soup with a little salt, sugar
and Shaoxing wine and stew it for a further 15 minutes.
