160g soya beans
160g binurong repolyong dahon-mustard
480g trotter hamon
1 pulang sili
4 chinese itim na kabute
tamang dami ng tuyong hipon (optional)

600g bitter melon
160g soya beans
160g preserved leaf mustard cabbage
480g trotter ham
1 red pepper
4 Chinese black mushrooms
adequate dried shrimps (optional)

| Pamamraan |
- Hugasan at banlian ang trotter hamon. Hugasan at ibabad ang
soya beans ng isang oras. Lutuin ang soya beans at hamon sa 15
tasang tubig para makagawa ng sopas, ng 3 oras.
- Hatiin ang ampalaya sa piraso, ilagay sa sopas kasama ng binurong
repolyong dahon-mustard, kabute, pulang sili at tuyong hipon,
lutuing muli ng hanggang 30 minuto.

| Method |

- Wash and blanch the trotter ham. Wash and soak the soya beans
for an hour. Cook the soya beans, trotter ham with 15 bowls of
water to make soup, about 3 hours.
- Cut the bitter melon into pieces, put it in the soup together
with the preserved leaf mustard cabbage, mushrooms and red pepper
and dried shrimp, let it cook for a further 30 minutes.
