Sopas na Ampalaya sa Soya Beans at hamon
Bitter Melon soup with Soya Beans and Ham

Sangkap Ingredients

600g ampalaya
160g soya beans
160g binurong repolyong dahon-mustard
480g trotter hamon
1 pulang sili
4 chinese itim na kabute
tamang dami ng tuyong hipon (optional)

600g bitter melon
160g soya beans
160g preserved leaf mustard cabbage
480g trotter ham
1 red pepper
4 Chinese black mushrooms
adequate dried shrimps (optional)
Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan at banlian ang trotter hamon. Hugasan at ibabad ang soya beans ng isang oras. Lutuin ang soya beans at hamon sa 15 tasang tubig para makagawa ng sopas, ng 3 oras.
  2. Hatiin ang ampalaya sa piraso, ilagay sa sopas kasama ng binurong repolyong dahon-mustard, kabute, pulang sili at tuyong hipon, lutuing muli ng hanggang 30 minuto.
Method
  1. Wash and blanch the trotter ham. Wash and soak the soya beans for an hour. Cook the soya beans, trotter ham with 15 bowls of water to make soup, about 3 hours.
  2. Cut the bitter melon into pieces, put it in the soup together with the preserved leaf mustard cabbage, mushrooms and red pepper and dried shrimp, let it cook for a further 30 minutes.
