Sangkap Ingredients

1.2 kg sariwang hipon
chiu chow tangerine sauce
1/2 lb honey melon
1/2 lb melon cantalope

1.2 kg fresh prawns
Chiu Chow tangerine sauce
1/2 Ib honey melon
1/2 Ib melon cantalope
Pamamraan
  1. linisan ang hipon, alisin ang dumi sa ulo at sa likod, hugasan ng naasnang tubig.
  2. Lutuin ang hipon sa palayok ng kumukulong tubig. Balatan kapag lumamig. Ihain ng may sariwang melon at tangerine sauce.
Method
  1. Clean the prawns, cut out the sac from its head and remove the vein from its back, then wash it again with salty water.
  2. Cook the prawns in a pot of boiling water. Shell them when they are cooled. Serve with fresh melons and tangerine sauce.
