1.2 kg sariwang hipon
chiu chow tangerine sauce
1/2 lb honey melon
1/2 lb melon cantalope

1.2 kg fresh prawns
Chiu Chow tangerine sauce
1/2 Ib honey melon
1/2 Ib melon cantalope

- linisan ang hipon, alisin ang dumi sa ulo at sa likod, hugasan
ng naasnang tubig.
- Lutuin ang hipon sa palayok ng kumukulong tubig. Balatan kapag
lumamig. Ihain ng may sariwang melon at tangerine sauce.

| Method |
|
- Clean the prawns, cut out the sac from its head and remove the
vein from its back, then wash it again with salty water.
- Cook the prawns in a pot of boiling water. Shell them when
they are cooled. Serve with fresh melons and tangerine sauce.
