240g laman ng manok
160g itim na malagkit na bigas
12 hiwang chinese hamon
2 malaking dahon ng lotus
tamang dami ng chicken broth
1 lemon grass

240g chicken fillet
160g black glutinous rice
12 slices Chines ham
2 large lotus leaves
adequate chicken broth
1 lemon grass

- Ibabad ang malagkit na bigas sa tubig ng 6 oras, pasingawan
para maluto. Hiwain at timplahan ang manok; ibabad nag nahiwang
hamon sa broth.
- Hugasan at patuyuin ang dahon ng lotus, ilagay ang malagkit
na bigas. Sa ibabaw, ilagay ang manok
at nahiwang hamon, paibabawang muli ng malagkit na bigas at lemon
grass. Baluting mabuti at pasingawan ng 10 minuto.

| Method |

- Soak the glutinous rice in water for 6 hours, then steam to
cook it. Slice and season the chicken; Soak the ham slices with
broth.
- Wash and dry the lotus leaves, put some glutinous rice on it.
On top put the chicken and ham slices and one more layer of glutinous
rice and lemon grass. Wrap it up nicely and steam it for about
10 minutes.
