320g buto ng tupa
160g mutton
1 prasong balat ng tangerine
1 bote ng sariwang gatas
2 hiwang luya
4 itlog
tamang dami ng coriander

320g lamb bone marrow
160g mutton
I piece tangerine peel
1 bottle fresh milk
2 slices ginger
4 eggs
adequate coriander

| Pamamraan |
- Gilingin ang mutton, pakuluan sa 1 1/2 tasang tubig para makagawa
ng 1 tasang sabaw.
- Alisin ang membrance sa buto at durugin sa maliit na piraso.
Lutuin sa inasnang tubig. Hiwain ang balat ng tangerine at luya.
Batihin ang itlog.
- Paghaluin ang mga sangkap at batihing mabuti, alisin ang bula
sa ibabaw. Ilagay sa plato at pasingawan ng 15 minuto sa mababang
init. Ihain ng may putting paminta at fish sauce. Budburan ng
coliander.

| Method |
- Minced the mutton, braise with one and half bowls of water

- Remove the membrane of the bone marrow, break it into small
pieces and cook it with salty water. Chop the tangerine peel and
ginger. Beat the egg until fluffy.
- Mix all the ingredients together and beat well, brush away
the bubbles on top. Pour the egg mixture into individual bowls
and steam it over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with white pepper
and fish sauce. Garnish with coriander.
