320g bitsuelas
160g baboy (kalahating laman at taba)
40g binurong olive
1 pulang sili

320g French beans (snapbeans)
160g pork (semi fat-lean)
40g ChiuChow preserved olive
1 red chilli pepper

| Pamamraan |
- Hugasan at gilingin ang baboy. Alisin ang magkabilang dulo ng
bitsuelas at hugasang mabuti. Hiwain ang olive at pulang sili.
- Bahagyang igisa ang olive sa mantika at ihalo ang giniling
na baboy. Itabi.
- Igisa ang bitsuelas hanggang maluto at saka ihalo ang nalutong
giniling na baboy. Timplahan. Ihalo ang pulangsili at ihain.

| Method |
- Wash and mince the pork.Cut out the two ends of the beans and
wash clean. Chop the olive and Julienne the chilli pepper.
- Stir fry the olives with oil,then minced pork. Set
aside.
- Fry the French beans until cooked, then add the minced port
and fry for a while. Season to taste, add the red chilli
pepper and serve.
