Seaweed with Crab Meat

160g seaweed
600g alimasag
1/2 matandang manok
1 puti ng itlog
tamang dami ng nalutong kabute (nahiwa)

600g crab meat
1/2 old chicken
1 egg white

- Hugawan ang manok at lutuin sa 15 mangkok ng tubig ng 3 oras
para makagawa ng sabaw. Ibabad at linisan ang seaweed, iluto sa
sabaw hanggang lumambot, timplahan at hanguin.
- Hugasan at pasingawan ang alimasag ng 15 minuto. Kapag lumamig,
alisin ang laman ng alimasag at ang roe. Durugin ang roe sa likod
ng kutsilyo
- Gumawa ng pampalapot sa laman at roe ng alimasag, ihalo ang
puti ng itlog. Patayin ang apoy at ihain kasama ng seaweed. Paligiran
ng nahiwang kabute.

| Method |
- Wash the chicken and cook it with 15 bowls of water for 3 hour
to make broth. Soak and clean the
- seaweed, then cook it with the broth until tender, season and
dish.
- Wash and steam the crabs for 15 minutes. When they are cooled,
remove the crab meat and the crab
roe, mash the roe with the back of knife.
- Make a thickening with the crab meat and the roe, then stir
in the egg white. Turn the heat off and serve with the seaweed.
Garnish with mushroom slices.
