Sangkap Ingredients

160g seaweed
600g alimasag
1/2 matandang manok
1 puti ng itlog
tamang dami ng nalutong kabute (nahiwa)

600g crab meat
1/2 old chicken
1 egg white
adequate cooked button mushroom
Pamamraan
  1. Hugawan ang manok at lutuin sa 15 mangkok ng tubig ng 3 oras para makagawa ng sabaw. Ibabad at linisan ang seaweed, iluto sa sabaw hanggang lumambot, timplahan at hanguin.
  2. Hugasan at pasingawan ang alimasag ng 15 minuto. Kapag lumamig, alisin ang laman ng alimasag at ang roe. Durugin ang roe sa likod ng kutsilyo
  3. Gumawa ng pampalapot sa laman at roe ng alimasag, ihalo ang puti ng itlog. Patayin ang apoy at ihain kasama ng seaweed. Paligiran ng nahiwang kabute.
Method

  4. Make a thickening with the crab meat and the roe, then stir in the egg white. Turn the heat off and serve with the seaweed. Garnish with mushroom slices.
