320g gabi
320g chestnut
160g gingko
240g asukal
tamang dami ng binurong osmanthus
tamang dami ng putting sesame |
l pumpkin
320g taro
320g chestnut
160g ginkgo
240g sugar
adequate preserved osmanthus
adequate white sesame |

- Hugasan, hatiin at alisin ang buto ng kalabasa, pasingawan
ng may konting asukal sa tubig. Balatan ang gingko at alisin ang
sapal. Lutuin ang gingko at chestnut sa tubig hanggang lumambot.
Balatan at hiwain ang kalabasa.
- Tunawin ang asukal sa katulad na sukat ng tubig pana makagawa
ng syrup, ihalo ang gabi at chestnuts at lutuin sa mababang init
ng 20 minut. Panghuli, isama ang kalabasa, idagdag ang binurong
osmanthus at putting sesame seeds. Ihain.

| Method |
- Wash, half and seed the pumpkin¡Asteam it with a little sugar

and chestnut with water until softened. Skin and dice the taro¡D
- Melt the sugar with the same amount of water to make syrup,
then put in the taro and chestnuts and cook over low heat for
about 20 minutes . Lastly, put it back in the pumpkin , add in
the preserved osmanthus and the white sesame seeds¡Aserve.
