Sangkap Ingredients
12 alimasag
160g sariwang asparagus
160g chinese hamon
1/2 matandang manok
600g tadyang ng baboy
12 king clams
160g fresh asparagus
160g Chinese ham
1/2 old chicken
600g pork ribs
Pamamraan
  1. Hugasan at banlian ang manok at tadyang, isama sa hamon at tubig, pakuluan ng 3 oras para makagawa ng sabaw sa mababang init. Kapag luto na, alisin ang lumutang na mantika at timplahan
  2. hiwain ng manipis ang alimasag at hugasan. Balatan at hatiin ang asparagus
  3. Banlian ang asparagus sa broth at ilagay ang nahiwang alimasag. Ihain agad kapag naluto
Method
