160g sariwang asparagus
160g chinese hamon
1/2 matandang manok
600g tadyang ng baboy |
12 king clams
160g fresh asparagus
160g Chinese ham
1/2 old chicken
600g pork ribs

- Hugasan at banlian ang manok at tadyang, isama sa hamon at
tubig, pakuluan ng 3 oras para makagawa ng sabaw sa mababang init.
Kapag luto na, alisin ang lumutang na mantika at timplahan
- hiwain ng manipis ang alimasag at hugasan. Balatan at hatiin
ang asparagus
- Banlian ang asparagus sa broth at ilagay ang nahiwang alimasag.

| Method |

- Wash and blanch the old chicken and the ribs, then put them
together with ham and water, stew for 3 hours under low heat to
make broth. When the soup is done, remove the grease and season
to taste.
- Thinly slice the clams and clean them. Peel and cut the asparagus.
- Blanch the asparagus with the broth, then put in the clam slices.
Serve immediately when cooked.
