320g Tientsin cabbage
Pamamraan
  1. Igisa ang soya beans, ihalo ang repolyong tientsin at isang mangkok ng tubig. Lutuin ng 30 minuto para makagawa ng sabaw. Ibabad ang halamany-singaw sa tubig, alisin ang matigas na parte at saka lutuin sa mainit na tubig hanggang lumambot. Hugasan at hiwain ang broccoli at cauliflower sa piraso. Hiwain at banlian ang kabute.
  2. Pakuluan ang halamang-singaw sa sabaw ng gulay ng 10 minuto hanggang lumambot at ihalo ang broccoli, cauliflower at kabute. Muling pakuluan ng 3 minuto. Kapag naluto, iayos sa plato. Palaputin
    ang sabaw sa arina at ibuhos sa ibabaw. Epekto sa katawan Inaalis ang mga duming nasa loob ng katawan, nakakaprevent ng cancer.
Method
  1. Fry the soyabeans, then cook it with Tients in cabbage and a soup bowl of water for 30 minutes to make vegetarian soup baseĦD
  2. Soak the fungus withwater, cut out the hard parts, then cook them with hot water until tender.  Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into pieces. Cut and blanch the mushroom.
  3. Braise the fungus in the vegetarian soup for 10 minutes until tender, then add in broccoli, cauliflower
    and mushroom and braise for futher 3 minutes. When they are cooked, arrange on a plateĦDThicken the sauce with cornflour solution and pour it on the dish.
