Stewed Pumpkin
with Ground Pork

| Ingredients |
pumpkin 10 oz
lean pork 5 oz
dried shrimps 1 tbsp
minced ginger 1/2 tsp
diced spring onion 1 tbsp |
| Seasonings |
light soy 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 2 tbsp |

| Marinade |
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch |
| Sauce |
light soy 1/2 tbsp
sugar pinch
water 1/2 cup
sesame oil pinch |

- Peel and Seed the pumpkin. Cut it into large pieces.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil to saute the garlic , then stir in the pumpkin,
Add seasonings and 1 cup water over moderate heat until tender. Remove.
- Rinse and mince the lean pork. soak the dried shrimps in water until
tender and then chop it finely. Put the pork and the shrimps in a bowl, add the marinade
and mix well.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil to saute the ginger, then put in the pork and the
shrimp to stir-fry until half cooked. Sprinkle a litte wine, stir in the pumpkin, then the
thickening. Sprinkle with spring onion to serve.
