Stir-fried Beef with Kale ªãÄõª£¤û¦×

| Ingredients |
kale 10 oz
beef 5 oz
ginger 3 slices |

| Seasonings |
light soy 1/2 tbsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
cornflour pinch |
| Sauce |
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water 2 tbsp
wine 1 tsp |

- Slice beef and marinate with seasonings.
- Heat somoe oil and soak beet slices until done. Take out and drain.
- Rinse kale and section.¡@Then blanch with
pinch of salt and oil in water until done. Take out and drain.
- Put in beef slices, ginger, kale and sauce. Stir well. Dish up and
serve.
