fresh lung lei leaves 2 oz
lean pork 10 oz
chinese almonds 1 tbsp
candied dates 5 pcs
Method
Wash lean pork. Wash Lung Lei Leaves and chinese almonds separately.
Bring 8 bowls of water to the boil. Put in all ingredients. Parboil
over high heat for 20 minutes. Turn to low heat and continue to parboil for 2 hours.
Season with salt. Serve.
