dried sea coconuts 1 oz
lean pork 10 oz
candied dates 5 pcs
carrot 2 pcs
green radish 1 pc
chinese almonds 1 tbsp
Method
Rinse dried sea coconuts and candied dates.
Wash lean pork. Scald.
Peel carrot and green radish. Rinse them and cut into large pieces.
Bring 12 cups of water to the boil. Put all the ingredients. Parboil
over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn to low heat and parboil for 2 1/2 hours. Season with
salt and serve.
