beef shank 1 pc
dried tangerine peel 1/4 pc |

- Scald beef shank and rinse.
- Soak the dried tangerine peel to soft. Rinse red dates
- Bring suitable amount of water to the boil, add all ingredients, boil
again and cook or 2 hours under low heat. Serve.
