Stewed Beancurd with Ground

| Ingredients |
beancurd 1 pc
ground pork 5 oz
spring onion 2 stalks |
| Sauce |
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
sesame oil pinch
water 1/2 cup
cornflour 1/2 tbsp |

| Seasonings |
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour pinch
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch |

- Ground pork marinate with seasonings.
- Cut tofu into thick slices, fry in frying pan with 2T. oil until
brown on both sides, remove.
- Rinse and section spring onion.
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp. oil. Saute crushed garlic and ground pork until
fragrant. Pour in beancurd, spring onion and seasonings. stir well. Cook until done.
Serve.
