Stewed Beancurd with Ground Pork

Ingredients
beancurd 1 pc
ground pork 5 oz
spring onion 2 stalks
Sauce
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
sesame oil pinch
water 1/2 cup
cornflour 1/2 tbsp
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour pinch
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
  1. Ground pork marinate with seasonings.
  2. Cut tofu into thick slices, fry in frying pan with 2T. oil until brown on both sides, remove.
  3. Rinse and section spring onion.
  4. Heat wok with 2 tbsp. oil. Saute crushed garlic and ground pork until fragrant. Pour in beancurd, spring onion and seasonings. stir well. Cook until done. Serve.
