Ingredients
beancurd 2 pcs
ground pork 5 oz
diced red chilli 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
Sauce
chicken powder 1 tsp
dark soy 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
hot bean paste 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
  1. Marinate ground pork with seasonings for 20 minutes.
  2. Wash the bean curd. cut it into pieces and slightly bathe it in water.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil to saute the garlic and diced red chilli, then stir in the minced pork, sprinkle a little wine, fry until it is cooked. Add the bean curd and the sauce to the pork, mix well and serve.
