beancurd 1 pc
lean pork 5 oz
ginger 1 slice |

cornstarch 1/2 tsp
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch 2.
ketchup 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
wine 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
water 2/3 cup |

- Wash tomatoes, remove stalks, dice.
- Clean and dry beancurd and dice.
- Dice pork. Marinate with seasonings 1. for 20 minutes.
- Heating oil, put the pork in to fry thoroughly, add tomatoes and
beancurd and stir-fry, add seasonings 2. and bring to boil. Stir cornstarch solution in
for serving.
