Curry Beef Shrank

Ingredients
  • 10 oz beef shank
  • 2 pc carrots
  • 2 pcs potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pcs shallot

Seasonings
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon
  • curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk- small
 
Method

1. Rinse the beef thoroughly and cut into pices marinate with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. dice the garlic and shallot. Cut the carrots and potatoes into mdium size.
2. heat the oil onthe pan, fry garlic and shallot until golden brown, put the beef and currf powder and fry togehter. Add water, let it boil and cooked for 30 minutes.
4. Put eh carrots and potatoes and cook until tender. Add coconut milk and let it boil for 5 munutes. Ready to serve.
