Poached Beef Slices ¥Õ¨`ªÎ¤û¦×

| Ingredients |
hot pot beef slices 1 lb
scallion 1 pc
red pepper 1 pc
ginger 2 slices
wine 1 tbsp |

| Seasonings |
oyster sauce 3 tbsp
light soy 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp
vinegar 2 tsp |

- Defrost beef, separate
any slices sticking together.
- Shred scallion, ginger and chili pepper, soak
in water.
- Bring half pot of water to a boil, add wine
1 , blanch beef until the meat changes color, remove, drain, place
on a serving plate.
- Remove shredded scallion, ginger and chili
pepper from the water, line on top of beef. Combine all the seasonings
in a mixing bowl, mix well. and drizzle on beef. Toss well before
serving.
