1. Remove the membrane of the bone marrow and break it
into pieces, soak it in salty water over low heat until cooked. Soak and wash the black
and snow fungus until soft.
2. Mince the chicken meat; wash and devein the shrimp,
pat dry and mash it, then add in a little salt and stir to make shrimp paste. Mix the
minced chicken with the shrimp paste to to make meat balls, then roll it with bone marrow.
3. Stir fry the black and snow fungus, then add in
broth and bone marrow balls to cook for 8 minutes, season to taste and serve.
