1. Wash and steam the rice (add 90% as much water as the rice).
Peel, wash, and dice the tare, steam it over the rice.
2. Soak the dried shrimps. Wash and chop the celery and the leek.
Dice the cured pork and preserved sausages. Deep fry and skin the peanuts.
3. Fry the dried shrimp, cured pork, sausage, celery and leek, add
in seasoning. Then stir in the tare and cooked rice to fry. Add peanuts when the rice is
hot. Serve at once.
