1. Minced the mutton, braise with one and half bowls of
water to make al bowl of soup.
2. Remove the membrane of the bone marrow, break it
into small pieces and cook it with salty water. Chop the tangerine peel and ginger. Beat
the egg until fluffy.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and beat well,

over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with white pepper and fish sauce. Garnish with
coriander.

2. You can also bake it in the oven or heat it over the
stove before serving.
3. You can replace the lamb bone marrow with pig bone
marrow.
