Steam Duck With Hua Diao & Plums

Ingredients
1 Duck
2 cups Hua Diao (Shaoxing wine)
8 Preserved Plums
Seasoning:

1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Resurrectionlily powder

 
Healing Effect

Stimulates the appetite and replenishes the body.

Method

1. Wash the duck clean dry with dry tower.
2. Make the duck sauce. Wipe by using half amount of seasoning and 4 preserved plums. Pour in the duck stomach and marinate for one hour.
3. Mix the remaining seasoning, 4 preserved plums and 2 cups of Hua Diao well. Pour over the duck body. Put the duck in bamboo steamer. Steam for one hour.
4. Serve with the duck sauce.
