Tossed Dried Beancurd With
Boltonia

450g Boltonia (Ma Lan Tou)
3 pieces Dried Beancurd
240g Chicken Meat

Seasoning: 2 teaspoons light soya sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
Rich in fibre, cools and nourishing, cleans the bowels, helps
digestion.
1. Wash Boltonia clean. Scald Boltonia in boiling water
until cooked. Then soak in ice water until cool. Cut into pieces then wipe dry. Steam
chicken meat until cooked. Leave to cool. Shred chicken meat. Shred dried beancurd.
2. Add light soya sauce, sugar and sesame oil into a bowl. Toss well. Put in shredded
chicken. Then marinate for 3 minutes. Remove oil juice by press with hand. Scoop out. Put
Boltonia and shredded dried beancurd in the bowl. Turn inside out few times by hand. Make
the taste be even.
3. Put the shredded chicken in the bowl. Season. Leave it in refrigerator for half an
hour. You can add in one teaspoon of sesame oil to taste.
