Shrimps with Angled Loofah

1 Tbsp osmanthus flower syrup
150g sweet potato
150g tare root
150g squash
10 strawberry eggplants |
1 bowl of water
1/2 bowl sugar
1 tsp salt |
| Method |
- Peel and seed the sweet potato, tare root and squash, wash
and cut into small pieces; remove the stalks of the strawberry
eggplants.
- Boil some water, turn the heat down and add the sugar, keeping
stirring. 5 minutes after the sugar melts, add the tare root,
sweet potato and squash and cook for 10 minutes, then add the
salt, tomatoes and osmanthus flower syrup. Cook over low heat
for 3 more minutes and serve.
